around nervous system regulation, emotional overwhelm, and burnout. But this didn’t come from theory. It came from my own experience. From the outside, my life looked right. A high-level role in my early 20s, a picture perfect family life, that house on the beach in Mallorca, traveling to beautiful destinations around the world - a seemed dream life. But inside, I was overwhelmed, disconnected from myself, pushing through the days without realising my body was in survival mode.
It showed up at first physically like chronic fatigue, hormonal imbalance, pain in the body, and after that, mentally. Yes, I was functioning, but not truly living. And deep down, I knew: this cannot be it.
What then changed everything wasn’t doing more. It was learning to be in my life differently, more calm, present, and more regulated.
And that after mastering it in the past 10 years through different techniques and modalities it became my work. Since then, I’ve supported hundreds of women who look like they have it all together, yet feel exhausted and disconnected inside. And I see it again and again: it’s not about changing your whole life upside down, but changing how you are within it.
